Expert Product Analyst FinTech

About the role

As an Expert Product Analyst, you are the authority in product analytics within FinTech. Your mission is to mature our data capabilities, scale analytical practices, and elevate data literacy across teams. You act as the lead data steward for your domain, ensuring data quality and governance, while mentoring product analysts and fostering a strong analytics community.

You’ll work in the FinTech domain and help ensure our financial products work so smoothly that our 13.7 million customers take them for granted by turning financial data into product clarity across Payments, Buy Now Pay Later, Fraud Prevention, Invoicing, and Collections, while helping teams balance the reliability customers expect with innovations they’ll love.

You will work closely with other product analysts in FinTech and collaborate with the Managers Product Analytics who focus on how to enable the product strategy. While they primarily engage with heads of product and business stakeholders, you will also maintain strong ties with the data department, bringing an outside-in perspective and introducing best practices that shape the future of analytics.

Note: This is thus a craft leadership role, not a people management role. HR responsibilities such as performance reviews and team management remain with the Manager Product Analytics.

What you’ll do

• Lead domain-level analytics and experimentation initiatives that influence strategy and execution.


• Develop scalable and reliable analytical frameworks to support decision-making.


• Act as lead data steward, ensuring data quality and governance.


• Mentor and upskill product analysts, fostering a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement.


• Drive adoption of dashboards and analytics tools, making insights accessible and actionable.


• Champion experimentation and outcome validation, including A/B testing and driver trees.


• Collaborate across teams, from product managers to engineers, to embed analytics into the heart of our processes.


• Introduce technical innovations, leveraging cloud technologies and advanced methods.
