Export Documentation

As an Export Documentation Employee, you will work in an essential department within the logistics process. You are responsible for all administrative and documentation processes surrounding the export of our products. Along with your colleagues (a team of 9 employees), you will ensure that the processes is run as smoothly as possible on a daily basis. In this role, you will work closely with our traders, logistics service providers, customers and suppliers worldwide.

You will draw up export documents (such as invoices, CvO, B/L) and track shipments online. You will exert pressure to meet deadlines and are responsible for releasing containers after receipt of payments. Drawing up purchase and sales contracts is also part of your tasks.

• A temporary contract with a view to a permanent contract;

• Salary up to €3,500 based on experience and full-time workweek;

Your profile:

• You have good communication skills, both in Dutch and English (our working language is English);

• You have experience with export documentation or a complex administrative function;

• You are customer-oriented and have strong perseverance;

• You have a hands-on mentality and are stress-resistant.
