Job Description - Fabric Cloud Engineer and Platform Administrator

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements

As a Fabric Cloud Engineer and Platform Administrator, manage, automate, and secure enterprise Microsoft Fabric and Power BI environments.

This role combines platform governance, cloud infrastructure automation, and CI/CD delivery to build a scalable, compliant, self-service data platform.

Manage Microsoft Fabric and Power BI environments, leading tenant administration, capacity management, and OneLake governance.

Enforce identity, access, and governance policies across the platform using Entra ID, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and security frameworks.

Design, build, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using Terraform Cloud to drive automated deployments.

Construct Azure DevOps YAML pipelines, managing Git integration, automated testing, and release processes for data platforms.

Monitor platform health, cost utilization, and regulatory compliance while supporting performance optimization.

Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and analytics teams to establish self-service data capabilities and best practices.

Hands-on administration of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI environments.

Proficiency in Azure services, Entra ID, and fine-grained RBAC configuration.

Strong experience with Terraform Cloud, Azure DevOps, YAML CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and PowerShell/CLI scripting.

Hands-on knowledge of Python, AI/Copilot integrations, Databricks, or Microsoft Purview.
