About the role

To support our operations at our locations in Eindhoven, we are looking for a hands-on Facilities Coordinator.

This role combines facilities management with some administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming environment for both employees and visitors. You manage the maintenance of the technical installations, keep our spaces ready for use, support the organization of events, and respond quickly and resourcefully whenever a need arises.

You’re the practical heart of the site - the person colleagues turn to when something needs fixing, preparing, or organizing - and you take pride in finding a smart solution rather than waiting for one.

The challenge

  • Follow up on calls, tickets, and registrations of technical malfunctions logged within the organization, and resolve them hands-on where you can.
  • Carry out simple maintenance and small repairs yourself, keeping installations, equipment, and spaces in good working order.
  • Coordinate suppliers and external partners for the maintenance of technical installations and furnishings when specialist help is needed.
  • Manage and oversee external services, including the cleaning service.
  • Keep spaces ready and representative for use - preparing meeting rooms and work areas, and ensuring the office is always in presentable condition.
  • Support the organization of events and meetings.
  • Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations.

Who we are looking for

  • You have a working and thinking level of at least MBO - a specific diploma matters less than how you think and work.
  • You’re proactive, flexible, and hands-on - a natural and creative problem-solver.
  • You work independently, with service and customer satisfaction as your top priorities.
  • You have experience with MS Office and an affinity for IT hardware.
  • You’re available at least 32 hours per week.
  • Preferably you speak both Dutch and English on a communicative level.
  • Great if you have experience in a similar job, but it’s not a must - we’re looking for motivation and curiosity.
