Job Description
- Coordinate daily operations and maintenance of the R&D Center to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.
- Take an active role in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Oversee inventory management: track consumables, lab/office supplies, tools, and spare parts.
- Perform or coordinate small repairs, installations, and assembly tasks as needed.
- Manage incoming shipments and package handling, ensuring smooth logistics for the team.
- Manage waste management and contribute to sustainability and regulatory compliance.
- Organize and enforce 5S workplace organization principles (order, cleanliness, efficiency).
- Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance of building systems and technical equipment.
- Serve as point of contact for external contractors and service providers for building related services.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve facility efficiency, safety, and employee comfort.
