About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Factory Technologist to join our team. This is a temporary position until the end of September 2025, with the possibility of a permanent role based on business needs and performance. This role is critical in ensuring our food products' efficient, safe, and high-quality production.

Your challenge:
Proactively assess and enhance production processes and product formulations to drive continues improvement across the organization.
Support the execution and development of new product formulations and innovations, working closely with the R&D and Scale up teams.
Conducted routine assessments and testing of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Assist in troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and recommending practical solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Support factory personnel on new technologies, processes, and best practices in food production.
Monitor equipment performance and maintenance, collaborating with engineering to minimize downtime.
Contribute to cross-functional projects to boost productivity, reduce waste, and enhance sustainability.
Work with global teams to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
1-2 years of demonstrated experience as a food technologist in a manufacturing environment
Out-of-the-box thinking and the ability to work in an agile environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Skilled in fundamental data analysis and the utilization of technology to enhance production processes.
Demonstrate complete fluency in English.
