About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Factory Technologist to join our team. This is a temporary position until the end of September 2025, with the possibility of a permanent role based on business needs and performance. This role is critical in ensuring our food products' efficient, safe, and high-quality production.

• Proactively assess and enhance production processes and product formulations to drive continues improvement across the organization. 
• Support the execution and development of new product formulations and innovations, working closely with the R&D and Scale up teams. 
• Conducted routine assessments and testing of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. 
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and recommending practical solutions. 
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry regulations. 
• Support factory personnel on new technologies, processes, and best practices in food production. 
• Monitor equipment performance and maintenance, collaborating with engineering to minimize downtime. 
• Contribute to cross-functional projects to boost productivity, reduce waste, and enhance sustainability. 
• Work with global teams to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment. 

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.  
• 1-2 years of demonstrated experience as a food technologist in a manufacturing environment
• Out-of-the-box thinking and the ability to work in an agile environment. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. 
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. 
• Skilled in fundamental data analysis and the utilization of technology to enhance production processes. 
• Demonstrate complete fluency in English.
