The internship
As an F&B Management Trainee, you, along with the F&B Manager, are responsible for the daily operation in the restaurant. You learn and actively participate in all operational facets of the hospitality industry.

Great! We'd love to take you through a day of your internship as an F&B Management Trainee. You start the day with a delicious cappuccino from your colleague behind the bar, discussing reservations and events for the day. Once everyone knows what to expect, you grab your laptop to work on implementing new ideas for The 51.
Together with the F&B Manager, you are constantly brainstorming new actions and ideas. You are operationally experienced and know how to approach guests in the right way. You chat with regulars at the bar and inform them about activities in the area. The morning team is almost done, and you lend a hand with cleanup, ensuring a clean workspace for the evening team. You prepare one of the meeting rooms booked for later in the afternoon with your colleagues and instruct them in a coaching manner. You briefly sit behind the computer to update your mailbox, place some orders, and your day is done. You learn and work on all operational facets of the hospitality industry, ensuring a well-rounded experience.
