At our lively beach pavilion in the Netherlands, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven F&B Shift Leader who knows how to motivate a team and deliver outstanding guest experiences — all while enjoying the ultimate seaside atmosphere.

What will you do:

As Shift Leader, you ensure that everything runs smoothly during your shift. You are the connecting link between the team, the guests and management. From the first coffee of the day to the last sunset drink, you make sure service is efficient, welcoming and perfectly organised.

You are responsible for:

• Coordinating, planning and leading the daily floor operations at the beach pavilion

• Ensuring smooth and guest-focused service, including serving food and drinks and managing reservations and digital ordering systems

• Monitoring cleanliness, safety and stock levels, and placing orders to prevent shortages or overstock

• Onboarding, coaching and supporting team members to improve service quality and performance

• Handling guest questions and complaints professionally

• Closing the cash register and supporting scheduling and staff planning

You lead by example, stay calm during busy summer rushes and create a positive team atmosphere where everyone performs at their best.

This is you:

- You have experience in hospitality

- You have strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)

- You have knowledge of social hygiene and HACCP guidelines

- You are physically fit and comfortable working in an active environment (standing, walking, lifting)

- You are available on weekends and during holidays

- You are available for at least 32 hours per week

- You are a natural team leader with a passion for service

• Monthly gross salary between €2,639 and €3,215 (based on full-time employment)*

A full-time position consists of 38 hours per week (5 days). For part-time roles, salary and vacation days are calculated proportionally.
