The team

Your domain at ING is FCP NL within the COO domain. FCP plays a crucial role in the implementation of the FEC/CDD policy within ING Domestic Bank Nederland. FEC/CDD stands for Financial Economic Crime/Customer Due Diligence. The aim is to prevent Financial-Economic Crime from entering the financial system and damaging the integrity of and trust in this system.

Roles and responsibilities

As an FCP Operations Professional, you will be primarily engaged in activities within the First Line Screening circle. The First Line Screening team mainly focuses on two areas of interest: Pre transaction screening and Hit Reports from EVA/IVA registers. The often-repetitive operations require a high degree of care. During these activities you consult various internal and external systems.

You are someone with a proactive attitude towards business partners and other employees and with a great will to get things done. Someone who wants to constantly improve, who is data driven. You are a motivated, conscientious and flexible person who enjoys working in a self-organizing team to help achieve our goals.

• You are able to perform within the set standards both on quantity and quality.

• You are able to handle customer inquiries by phone.

• You have good communication skills both verbally and in writing. 

• You think in terms of possibilities and act on them.

• You can identify bottlenecks and make them negotiable.

• You take responsibility for your own development and have the will to become a little better every day.

• A completed WFT Basis.

What do we ask?

• You are in possession of at least an MBO4 diploma or demonstrable work and thinking level.

• Availability of at least 36 hours per week.

• Administrative FCP experience for at least one year.

• You speak and write fluently Dutch and English.
