Here, you\u2019ll be supported in progressing \u2013 whatever your ambitions.\n\n \n\nAbout the role:\n\nThe Field Clinical Specialist Cardiac Rhythm Management will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Cardiac Rhythm Management products during case procedures.\n\nAs a Field Clinical Specialist, you will work in a close-knit team of eight specialists who are based in different regions across the Netherlands. Together, you provide support during implant procedures nationwide.\n\n \n\nYour responsibilities include:\n\n * Commercial Support: Under general supervision, serve as primary resource for clinical support consisting of tackling variety of issues relating to troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.\n * Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using appropriate formats and platforms (e.g., slides and manuals) to keep all customers abreast of the latest BSC products.\n * Attend unit implants in the labs and operation rooms of hospital accounts and perform patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success with the implanted products.\n * Team up with Sales Rep to meet existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them to achieve their goals.\n * Keep on developing business relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences).\n * Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.\n * Clinical Trial Support: Managing and providing technical support for clinical trial activity within assigned territory by supporting the site authorization process and study procedures as defined in the clinical investigational plan.\n * Providing initial and continuous training, education and support for clinical center personnel on clinical trial protocol, clinical process, products and features under investigation, and procedures involving those products and features.\n * Willing and able to be flexible in working hours when required (no nine to five).\n\n\n\n \n\nWhat we are looking for:\n\n * Medical education (bachelor) background, preferably with hospital working experience, with experience in medical devices (CIEDs).\n * Valid EHRA and or/ IHBRE certification would be a plus.\n * Strong clinical advising/ educating skills and ability to build credibility with surgeons and OR staff.\n * Demonstrated verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.\n * Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.\n * Strong motivation and ability to adapt to working environment.\n * Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written.\n\n\n\n \n\nWhat we can offer to you:\n\n * Attractive benefits package - very competitive salary (including 8% holiday pay, 13th month and quarterly commission)\n * Company car (electric)\n * 30 days of annual leave\n * A very good pension scheme\n * A stock purchase program\n * Excellent training/development programs to influence your career\n * Inhouse gym facility (free of charge)\n * Option to lease a (electric) bicycle \n * Inspirational colleagues \u0026 culture \n * Fast Growing and innovative environment\n * A team-oriented company culture\n\n\n\n \n\nRequisition ID: 622535\n\nBoston Scientific transforms lives through innovative medical technologies that improve the health of patients around the world.
