De Field Service Engineer bij Videojet Technologies speelt een sleutelrol bij het ondersteunen van onze klanten en zorgt ervoor dat ons ‘Up Time Peace of Mind’ doel wordt bereikt. Ze zijn verantwoordelijk voor het installeren, repareren en onderhouden van Videojet-apparatuur. Met het technisch ondersteuningsteam op kantoor staat de Field Service Engineer er nooit ‘alleen’ voor! De FSE zal voor de Commerciele organisatie werken in Leerdam, Nederland.

Taken:

• Nieuwe Videojet-oplossingen installeren en in bedrijf stellen
• Onderhoud en service aan de geïnstalleerde Videojet-apparatuur van onze klanten
• Nauwe samenwerking met de verkoopafdeling om Videojet-tests en -demonstraties te ondersteunen
• Onderhouden en ontwikkelen van klantrelaties door uitstekende klantenservice en communicatie
• Service informatie nauwkeurig vast te leggen en rapporteren door gebruik van service-IT-systemen
• Bijdragen en ondersteunen van regionale omzetdoelstellingen

De essentiële vereisten voor deze functie zijn onder meer:

• Field Service ervaring op klant locaties of op afstand via de telefoon
• Ervaren binnen de markeer- en codeerindustrie, industriële automatisering of aanverwante industrie
• Aantoonbaar succes bij het behalen van persoonlijke doelstellingen
• Vloeiend in geschreven en gesproken Nederlands en Engels
• Bereidheid om dagelijks binnen Nederland te reizen naar klanten
• Bereidheid om voor training naar het buitenland te reizen

The Field Service Engineer at Videojet Technologies plays a key and vital role in supporting our customers and ensuring that our ‘Up Time Peace of Mind’ goal is achieved. They are responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing the range of Videojet Equipment. With the technical support team in the office, the Field Service Engineer is never 'alone'! Field Service Engineer will work in the commercial organization of Videojet in Leerdam, in the Netherlands.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Install and commission new Videojet solutions
• Maintain and Service our customers’ installed base of Videojet equipment
• Work closely with sales to support Videojet trials and demonstrations
• Maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent customer service and communication
• Proficient use of service IT systems to accurately record and report information
• Support Regional Revenue targets by promoting service contracts and additional services to customers

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Field Service Experience at customer sites or remotely via phone
• Experienced within the marking and coding industry, industrial automation or related industry
• Demonstrated success in overachieving on personal targets
• Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English
• Willingness to travel within the Netherlands to customer sites
• Willingness to travel abroad for personal training
