You will be part of the Finance team within the MRI‑DXR‑OEM business. Your role:

• Managing global MR R&D/Sellex expenses for EQ/CS including all project spend, capitalization/amortization and allocations.
• Driving performance management towards plans (SPOR, AOP, FC, LV). Primary MEC/FC/AOP responsibility for Best Site, secondary responsible for MRI global consolidation. Prepare MRI R&D/Sellex bridges and monthly results reviews with business managers.
• Preparing business cases and enabling business case realization by creating solid and well-underpinned business cases, perform sensitivity analyses, and secure effective and efficient NPI projects and program execution.
• Supporting strategic decision making by means of portfolio management, prioritization exercises and scenario analysis.
• Monitoring and controlling I2M processes and their execution for ICS/SOX compliance.
   

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Business Partnering, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent.(this is WD as a bare minimum, we can mention 10y as you indicated above)
• MRI related business acumen to drive value creation through strong NPI business case delivery.
• Strong competence in SAP, Digital reporting tools (QlikView, Power BI), Excel, Planisware.
• Eagerness to learn and improve, challenge in a respectful way, communicate effectively to various stakeholder groups.
• Analytical savvy and able to dig deep while keeping the holistic view and connecting the dots.
• Experience with manufacturing and E2E business case planning is preferred

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.​ Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.​
