Role: Finance Business Partner (Mid)

Location office Bergschenhoek, NL Purpose:
Enables commercial area NORTH EUROPE to meet financial and non-financial performance targets by providing relevant reports, data and insights for planning and decision.
Primary point of contact to the NORTH EUROPE Commercial Lead. Scope (global, regional or local):
regional Key Tasks:
Responsible for delivering on financial targets by providing a reliable financial steering (alignment operational/financial planning, target setting, resource allocation, deviation analysis, mitigation plans)
Closely partners with Commercial NORTH EUROPE and his/her leadership team to ensure financial performance according to targets and driving strategic and operational agenda.
Monitoring / Guiding of customer specific incentive plans (Rebates / Discounts).
Performing continues Financial Risk analysis and propose corrective actions if needed.
Translates business strategy into operational planning
Provides high level of financial transparency for area of responsibility
Drives and is strongly involved in efficiency projects, continuous improvement initiatives etc. Key Working Relation:

Crop Science Finance - Credit Qualification & Competencies:
BS/BA Degree in finance or business related discipline required in finance or business related discipline required
3-5 years of experience in finance / functional management positions
Strong technical / system capabilities
Profound finance knowledge
Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional networking skills
Key Competencies include: plans & aligns, strategic
Excel knowlegde
Languages: English (must) and French, German or Dutch (highly preferred) notes:
