Finance Planning & Analysis Manager

Location: Hengelo on-site, \n\nFlexibility: 1-2 days home office per week\n\nThe Hengelo Manufacturing plant is part of Eaton\u2019s Medium Voltage Power Distribution (MVPD) division that delivers advanced switchgear solutions that power critical infrastructure across utilities, data centres and industrial sectors. On the back of the global trends Energy Transition and Artificial Intelligence, MVPD is scaling rapidly through strategic investments and global partnerships. The Hengelo plant is growing accordingly. The Hengelo sites also serves as MVPD Research\u0026Development Center and EMEA Service Center for AfterMarket applications and hosts in total approximately 500 FTE.\n\nWe are looking for an FP\u0026A Manager who enjoys working close to the business and wants to make a visible impact on a manufacturing site. In this role, you manage planning and forecasting, analyse performance, and give the Plant Controller and Plant Manager clear financial insights to support daily and strategic decisions.\n\nCollaboration is key \u2014 you work closely with Operations, SCM, Sales, HR, and Controlling. This position offers genuine room to grow into broader Finance Manager or Senior Finance roles, either in the Netherlands or internationally.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n * Lead planning, forecasting, and financial modelling\n * Analyse costs, margins, profitability, and operational performance\n * Support management with decision\u2011making and risk insights\n * Strengthen internal controls (SOX, US GAAP)\n * Build strong partnerships across the plant\n * Drive efficiency, data improvements, and digital ways of working\n * Develop and coach the finance analyst team\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Master\u2019s in Finance, Accounting, or Business\n * 5\u20137 years\u2019 experience in a manufacturing environment\n * Fluent in English and Dutch\n\n\n\n## Skills:\n\n * Strong analytical and communication skills\n * Comfortable with ERP and data/warehouse tools (SAP / Power BI experience is a plus)\n * Fluent in Dutch and English\n * A practical, hands\u2011on approach and a desire to grow your career\n\n\n\n## What we offer:\n\n * Competitive salary and benefits\n * Hybrid mode: 1-2 days home office per week\n * Work in a company that is committed to Inclusion \u0026 Diversity and Sustainability\n * Annual mentoring program, Eaton University, a reward, and recognition system\n * Ongoing Learning and Career Development Opportunities in a global company.
