4. Trust in progress - every evolution is part of this revolutionAs a Finance Specialist, you’ll be the financial architect, keeping our accounting operations running seamlessly. You’ll work with a dynamic team, connect with various departments, and build financial processes that support our exciting growth journey. Your mission: to ensure our financial foundations are rock-solid and ready for expansion!

Your Daily Building Blocks: 

• Keep our accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) running smoothly—no missing pieces!
• Master the art of debt collection, ensuring we get paid on time, every time.
• Manage bank transactions and keep our cash flow as sturdy as a LEGO tower.
• Assist with tax filing and ensure we stay on top of compliance.
• Help with payroll processing (or oversee our outsourced payroll partner).
• Maintain company assets like laptops, keys, and other essential bricks in our structure.
• Work with the finance team to allocate costs smartly and create clear, actionable reports.
• Turn finance into a proactive powerhouse—helping the team move from memory-based tracking to a data-driven organization.
• Get involved in ERP migration projects and help build our future systems.
• Provide financial insights that level up decision-making across the business.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.
• Exact Online experience and sufficient knowledge of both AR and AP
• Expert in bookkeeping tools—you know your way around financial software!
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proactive problem-solver, always looking for ways to improve and optimize.
• Strong communication skills—finance should be as easy to understand as following LEGO instructions!
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment and adapt to evolving processes.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Exact Online or other financial systems.
• Knowledge of Dutch tax laws (We work with external accountants, but we’re looking to upgrade our controls).
• Willingness to learn payroll processing (or manage the outsourced payroll partner).
