The Role:

As a Financial Administrator within Sunrock's finance department, you will play a crucial role in the financial management and project administration of our solar parks. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your contributions will directly influence our efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Processing of incoming and outgoing payments and managing financial transactions and records.

·         Processing of invoices

·         Handling the administration's email inbox and mail.

·         Monitoring outstanding payables and maintaining customer and vendor relationships

·         Handling VAT returns

·         Handling expense claims

·         Participating in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial closings, and supporting external audit processes

·         Collaborating with team members on continuous process optimization and participating in ad-hoc financial projects.

What You Bring To The Table:

·         A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial administration or a related field.

·         Educational background in financial administration, accounting, finance, or related disciplines.

·         Proficiency in financial software

·         Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills Proficiency in Dutch is highly advantageous.

·         A detail-oriented, goal-driven approach, with a keen ability to introduce structure and efficiency within a scale-up environment.

·         Proactive and confident in proposing new ideas, with a strong interest in process automation and a continuous desire to learn and improve.
