Financial Systems Manager (S2P)

The role

Nebius is seeking a seasoned Financial Systems Manager (S2P) to lead the operational management, continuous improvement and strategic development of our Source-to-Pay ecosystem—with a core focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. This role will own the performance, integration and scalability of platforms such as Zip, Expensify ensuring financial and procurement workflows run efficiently and align with broader business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Manage and enhance daily operations of the Zip platform, including integrations with ERP and finance systems.


• Oversee system health, data accuracy and financial automation across the P2P and S2P ecosystem.


• Lead planning and delivery of system upgrades, improvements, and cross-platform integrations (e.g., API/middleware).


• Act as the primary point of contact for Finance, Procurement and IT teams, driving alignment across workflows and systems.


• Own and optimize expense management tooling including configuration, usage policy logic and integration with ERP


• Ensure the consistency of procurement, AP and expense data across systems for reconciliation and reporting.


• Provide clear documentation, training and support resources to internal users.


• Maintain system controls to support internal audits, compliance and financial governance.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and automation.


• Manage vendors and service relationships tied to S2P and financial systems.

We expect you to have: 

• 5+ years managing S2P/P2P systems, ideally including Zip or similar procurement platforms.


• Solid working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), especially around procurement, AP and integration logic.


• Hands-on experience with expense platforms such as Expensify, including integration and policy management.


• Technical understanding of system architecture and financial data flow.


• Demonstrated ability to drive alignment between Finance, Procurement and other stakeholders through systems.


• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities in financial tech environments.


• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across departments.

It will be an added bonus if you have:

• Experience supporting audit processes and ensuring compliance through system controls.


• Familiarity with business intelligence or reporting tools to support financial insights.
