Over de functie
Ter versterking van ons team bij Alliance Bladel zijn wij op zoek naar een betrokken, nauwkeurige en proactieve Financieel Administratief Medewerker. Werk jij graag in een informele, technische omgeving en zorg jij ervoor dat financiële en administratieve processen soepel en correct verlopen? Dan maken wij graag kennis met je! In deze veelzijdige functie ben je een belangrijke ondersteuning van de Controller en draag je bij aan een betrouwbare en efficiënte financiële administratie. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen de financiële afdeling en andere afdelingen binnen de organisatie. Daarnaast lever je een actieve bijdrage aan het optimaliseren van processen en het verder professionaliseren van de administratieve organisatie.

Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en bestaan onder andere uit:

• Ondersteunen van de Controller bij diverse financiële en administratieve werkzaamheden;
• Samenwerken met Finance-teamleden binnen de Alliance-organisatie;
• Voorbereiden en ondersteunen bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen;
• Verwerken, controleren en bewaken van financiële en projectadministraties;
• Opstellen van diverse financiële rapportages en analyses;
• Signaleren van afwijkingen en ondersteunen bij het verbeteren van financiële processen;
• Bijdragen aan optimalisatie- en automatiseringsprojecten;
• Ondersteunen bij audits, belastingaangiften en externe financiële controles;
• Bewaken van de kwaliteit, volledigheid en juistheid van administratieve gegevens;
• Toezien op naleving van interne procedures, richtlijnen en relevante wet- en regelgeving;
• Ondersteunen bij dagelijkse administratieve werkzaamheden en andere voorkomende taken binnen de afdeling.

Wie ben jij?
Je hebt een proactieve, nauwkeurige en samenwerkingsgerichte werkhouding. Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker zijn structuur en overzicht essentieel.
Daarnaast beschik je over:

• MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een administratieve achtergrond
• Kennis van (financiële) administratie
• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
• Ervaring met Microsoft Office
• Ervaring met ERP-systemen - ervaring met boekhoudsoftware Exact en ERP-systeem Ridder iQ is een pré
• Ervaring met salarisadministratie en/of payroll coördinatie is een pré
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, en bent communicatief sterk
• Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal;
• Je bent 20 uur per week beschikbaar

About the position
To strengthen our team at Alliance Bladel, we are looking for a dedicated, accurate, and proactive Financial Administrative Employee. Do you enjoy working in an informal, technical environment and ensuring that financial and administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently? Then we would like to get in touch! In this versatile role, you will provide essential support to the Controller and contribute to maintaining a reliable and efficient financial administration. You will work closely with colleagues within the Finance department as well as other departments across the organization. In addition, you will play an active role in optimizing processes and further professionalizing our administrative organization.

Amongst others, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Controller with a variety of financial and administrative tasks;
• Collaborating with Finance team members across the Alliance organization;
• Assisting with the preparation and completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities;
• Processing, reviewing, and maintaining financial and project administration records;
• Preparing financial reports and analyses;
• Identifying discrepancies and supporting improvements to financial processes;
• Contributing to process optimization and automation projects;
• Assisting with audits, tax filings, and external financial reviews;
• Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of administrative data;
• Supporting compliance with internal procedures, policies, and relevant laws and regulations;
• Assisting with daily administrative activities and other departmental tasks which may occur.

Who are you?
You have a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to work. As a Financial Administrative Employee, maintaining structure and accuracy comes naturally to you.
In addition, you bring:

• MBO-level working and thinking ability, preferably with a background in administration or finance;
• Knowledge of finance and administration;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience with Microsoft Office;
• Experience with ERP systems - experience with Exact accounting software and Ridder iQ ERP system is considered an advantage;
• Experience with payroll administration and/or payroll coordination is a plus;
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high level of accuracy;
• Ability to speak Dutch and English;
• Available for 20 hours per week.
