As a Financial Coach at ING you proactively inform customers on daily banking, mortgages, and investments, ensuring sustainable financial progress. You work from our ING Houses engaging with clients via calls, video, or face-to-face meetings.

This is what you will do
In our digital world, personal contact is the key to success. That's why ING always provides a human touch, for example by providing its customers with expert personal advice. As a Financial Coach you step into an advisory role. With your commercial attitude, you proactively call customers, for example when you see that their mortgage is unnecessarily high.

As a Financial Coach in Oost-Brabant & Limburg, you are the calling card of ING and the coach for customers when it comes to banking matters. You look at the customer's situation in terms of daily banking matters, assets and housing. You also keep sustainability in mind. You proactively approach customers for a financial conversation. During these conversations you listen with genuine interest and ask specific questions. This way you make a personal connection and ensure sustainable progress for the customer and ING.

This is where you will work
Your new workplace is the ING office in [PLAATSNAAM / WERKGEBIED]. Here you will work in a self-managing team with innovative colleagues and plenty of room for your own input. The office functions as both your base and a meeting place for customers and colleagues. Here you can meet customers in person, via video conferencing or by telephone, depending on their preference.

What are we looking for?
For this position it is important that you have a commercial, proactive and social attitude. You are curious, want to continue learning and always take responsibility for your work. In addition, we ask you:

• Minimum HBO working and thinking level

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way

• Knowledge of economic and financial developments, which you proactively maintain

• Flexibility in your working hours, as the ING offices are also open on Saturdays
