POSITION

You are the lead advocate of the brand in the greater Amsterdam area. In this role, and together with your team, you will mainly :

PROFILE

For this challenging position based in one of the most stunning and busy Retail locations in Europe, we are ideally seeking an experienced, results\-oriented Retail professional who will meet the following criteria :

• +15 years Luxury retail experience / 5\-10 years Management experience
  


• Experience with Product Category: Fashion, Jewellery, Watches or Lifestyle
  


• Ability to motivate, manage and develop a team (+10pers)
  


• Excellent and proven leadership and coaching skills applied to Retail teams
  


• Digital proficiency
  


• A winning personality to easily establish trust relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders
  


• Fluency in English, and ideally Dutch, other languages are a plus
  


• Strong organisational skills
  


• Attention to details with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  


• Self\-motivated, with customer service mindset and creative problem\-solving skills
  


• Excellent presentation as well as oral and written communication skills
  


• Highly professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing 
  


• Be a team player; pro\-active attitude with excellent problem solving skills
  


• Responsible, dependable, punctual and flexible
