Job Description - Fleet Electrification Program Coordinator (EU)

✏️ About the position:

We’re seeking an FEC Coordinator (EU) to support our Fleet Electrification Coalition (FEC), a dynamic network of companies, governments, and NGOs working to scale up real-world electric truck solutions. This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, facilitating collaboration, and helping teams succeed.

You'll work closely with the Program Manager and project teams to keep activities on track, coordinate internal and external communication, and support events, training, and reporting. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and excited about contributing to meaningful climate action, this could be a great fit.

⭐ Here’s an idea of what tasks you might be working on:

Team and Project Support:

Coordinate team meetings and manage shared calendars, documents, and task trackers
Support internal communication and smooth daily workflows
Track project activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives

Event Coordination:

Organize online and in-person events such as meetings, webinars, and workshops
Handle logistics, prepare materials, follow up with attendees
Take notes, help with facilitation, and capture key outcomes

Stakeholder Engagement:

Maintain and update contact information in Salesforce
Ensure accurate internal knowledge-sharing about member relationships and updates

Communications and Content:

Support the preparation of emails, newsletters, and basic website updates
Help coordinate internal communications and content creation

Learning and Feedback:

Help manage our online training platform and logistics for learning sessions
Assist with creating and analyzing surveys and feedback forms

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Work with colleagues across the organization to align efforts and share insights

⭐ We are looking for someone who has:

1–3 years of experience in a coordination or support role (but we’re open to motivated starters!)
A strong sense of organization and attention to detail: you enjoy keeping things running smoothly
A hands-on attitude: you’re happy to jump in and help where needed
Confidence using digital tools like MS Office, and openness to learning systems like Salesforce or SharePoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
An interest in sustainability and helping to reduce freight emissions
A collaborative mindset: you enjoy working in teams and supporting others
Curiosity and flexibility: you’re always ready to learn something new
