• Safety first: You’ll ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

• Experience: At least 1 year as Floor/Shift Manager or in a similar role where you were responsible for managing teams in the retail sector.


• Time management: Efficiency is essential.


• Top communication skills: Strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
