Our hotel hosts a variety of culinary experiences, ranging from casual bites like bitterballen and a refreshing Heineken beer to elaborate six-course menus with exquisite wine pairings. Currently, we are seeking a Supervisor for our In-Room Dining, Events, and Lounge departments. We are looking for someone who not only excels in providing outstanding hospitality but also thrives in an environment filled with collaboration and a commitment to exceptional service.

What You'll Do
Ensure top-tier service in the Lounge, In-Room Dining and Events department by overseeing daily operations and creating exceptional guest experiences | Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth | Manage orders, offer menu recommendations, and assist guests with food and beverage pairings, including wine selections | Act as a liaison between the kitchen and service team to ensure special requests are fulfilled | Use a proactive approach to enhance sales and provide guests with an unforgettable dining experience | Prepare and maintain a polished service area, including setup of tables, buffets, and bars | Monitor inventory and ensure the Lounge, In-Room Dining and Event spaces remain clean and inviting | Guide and support team members, providing leadership and maintaining high standards | Assist with events, including setup and service for receptions and parties | Uphold hotel standards for hygiene, safety, and presentation.

Who You Are
You have at least 3 years of Food & Beverage experience, with 2+ years in a 5-star or high-end dining environment as a Chef de Rang | Strong knowledge of gastronomy, with excellent skills in restaurant service and beverage preparation | Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills | Highly organized, guest-oriented, and able to lead and inspire the team | A proactive attitude with attention to detail, and a passion for delivering remarkable guest experiences | Familiarity with the latest hospitality and culinary trends | Able to adapt and stay focused in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have
Experience in a luxury, international hotel environment | Familiarity with fine dining service techniques and luxury hospitality standards | Creative ability to elevate guest experiences.
