Position: Front Office Manager
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Compensation: €3,000-€3,750 gross per month + performance bonus
Our client is looking for a Front Office Manager. In this role, you'll be the orchestrator of exceptional guest service and efficient administration. With a solid grasp of housekeeping and reservations, as well as fluency in Dutch, you'll be primed to excel in this dynamic position.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations teams, setting the bar for excellence.Take charge of rooms payroll and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Deliver comprehensive training on standards, policies, and financial procedures to enhance team capabilities.Drive the team towards achieving departmental KPIs while fostering individual growth and development.Facilitate seamless coordination among departments, championing effective communication and upholding high standards within budgetary constraints.Embrace a proactive, hands-on approach, paying meticulous attention to detail to ensure every guest receives an unforgettable experience.About you:
Proficiency in both English and Dutch is a must.Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and hours.Demonstrated prowess in guest services, complemented by polished presentation and refined communication skills.Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding team members through any challenges.Exceptional multitasking skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience with Opera software is advantageous.Ability to actively listen to and resolve guest concerns and inquiries effectively.Due to the volume of applications, we may not be able to provide feedback to all applicants.
