Job Description - Functional Analyst Supply Chain & ERP (ID: 3727)

As a Functional Analyst – Supply Chain & ERP, you will:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements across supply chain functions
  • Perform process mapping and document functional specifications
  • Translate supply chain processes into ERP or logistics system functionalities
  • Support solution design, gap analysis, and functional validation activities
  • Collaborate closely with developers, integration specialists, and testing teams
  • Coordinate and manage functional testing phases including SIT and UAT
  • Prepare test scenarios, track defects, and ensure timely resolution
  • Ensure alignment of solutions with supply chain domains such as procurement, warehousing, logistics, and order -to -cash
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 4–6 years of overall experience as a Functional Analyst in Supply Chain or ERP environments
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes
  • Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation
  • Hands -on experience supporting ERP implementations or enhancements
  • Functional knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, WM, EWM, SD, or PP
  • Exposure to logistics systems like WMS, TMS, or OMS
  • Understanding of master data flows and dependencies within supply chain systems
You should possess the ability to:
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and system requirements
  • Work effectively with cross -functional teams including technical and business stakeholders
  • Manage testing cycles, identify defects, and ensure quality delivery
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend optimized solutions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels
  • Adapt to changing project requirements in a fast -paced environment
