• Single point of contact for several customers for change request, process optimization or more complex problems
• WMS Expert for topics related to your accounts
• Describe business requirements
• Process analysis for non-project related change requests
• Bringing new features to the customer's attention
• Implementation, coordination and approval of software to be installed
• Transfer of existing customers to new warehouse management system CALsuiteWM
• Planning and progress monitoring
• Knowledge sharing

• a higher professional education level of work and thinking, preferably in the field of logistics or IT
• strong analytical skills
• a customer-oriented proactive attitude
• a committed, enthusiastic, innovative, eager to learn and quality-conscious attitude
• the drive to further improve yourself and our product
• a good command of the Dutch and English language, preferably also German
• experience with Warehouse Management systems or software development is an advantage
