Belmont Lavan Ltd, a dynamic and innovative company in the Information Technology and Services industry, is currently seeking a Freelance Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Records to Report functional lead to join our team. As a functional lead, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting financial processes and systems in our clients' organizations.

As a Freelance Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Records to Report functional lead, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with talented professionals in a fast-paced and engaging environment.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Lead and facilitate discussions with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.

  • Design and implement finance and accounting processes in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations module.

  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to meet clients' specific needs.

  • Provide guidance and support to clients in defining data migration strategies and executing data migration activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and testers, to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Work closely with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide ongoing support and training.


Qualifications:



  • Extensive experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, specifically in the Records to Report module.

  • Strong functional knowledge of finance and accounting processes.

  • Previous experience in leading and managing teams is highly desired.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to propose practical and effective solutions.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.





Requirements



To be successful in this role, you should have:



  • Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, specifically in the Records to Report module.

  • Strong functional knowledge of finance and accounting processes.

  • Prior experience in leading and managing teams is highly desired.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
