3S Capital Partners is a registered Alternative Investments Asset Manager based in the Netherlands, currently managing two funds: a UK property fund and a Trade Finance fund.

We are expanding our investment offerings with a new fund focused on crypto assets and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fund Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of fund operations, portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management:Manage the day-to-day operations of the fund's portfolio, including executing trades, rebalancing, and monitoring performance. Optimize portfolio performance while adhering to the fund's investment guidelines and risk tolerance.
• Fund Strategy & Development:Drive the successful launch of the crypto investment fund and implement the investment strategy for the fund, including asset allocation, security selection, and risk management parameters.
• Risk Management: Implement and monitor risk management strategies to protect the fund's capital and mitigate potential losses. Identify and assess various risks, including market risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk
• Compliance & Reporting:Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and reporting requirements related to cryptocurrency asset management. Prepare regular performance reports for investors and regulatory bodies.
• Investor Relations: Collaborate with the investor relations team to communicate the fund's strategy and performance to existing and potential investors.

About you, you have

• 2+ years of experience in alternative investment fund management, with a strong understanding of portfolio construction, risk management, and asset allocation. Digital asset exposure is a bonus.
• Expertise in Dutch AFM regulations, AIFMD (Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive), and familiarity with the MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation) framework a plus.
• Practical experience ensuring AML/KYC compliance for investment funds
• Ability to monitor, rebalance, and optimize fund portfolios based on market conditions.
• Experience overseeing NAV calculations, investor reporting, and performance tracking.
• A proactive and collaborative attitude.
• Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
