The Action

As a Game Producer, you'll be the driving force behind our Roblox game development projects. You'll partner with a talented team of developers and a game designer, leading them through the entire development lifecycle leveraging SCRUM ways of working. Your mission will be to deliver high-quality Roblox games for our clients, focusing on meeting KPIs and project objectives. You'll be responsible for managing resources, planning, budget, and delivery, ensuring all stakeholders are kept in the loop. You'll collaborate closely with your team to bring game concepts to life, from initial brief to successful launch and beyond. You'll also work hand-in-hand with our client leads to optimize projects for efficiency, speed, and budget. You're adept at quickly crafting a game plan for new projects and possess the ability to turn client visions into captivating, next-level Roblox experiences.

You as Game Producer:

• Have extraordinary talent and skills in game production or project management (preferably at an agency or game studio).


• Love talking to clients and feel comfortable with client management.


• Have 3-5 years of experience managing internal and external game development or digital productions.


• Have a strong affinity with the entertainment industry, particularly gaming and the Roblox platform.


• Have a demonstrable passion and ability to create engaging and relevant interactive experiences.


• Know how to handle finances, figures, and scopes (a.k.a. head for numbers), with a keen eye on meeting financial KPIs.


• Have the ability to prioritize work and handle a lot of moving parts in a dynamic production environment.


• Are proficient with multiple project management tools and methods, with a strong understanding of SCRUM methodologies.


• Can speak and write fluently in English

Personal Skills:

• Take initiative in game development, ensuring meticulous attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle to achieve project goals and KPIs.


• Embrace new ideas and perspectives while fostering positive relationships with clients and your development team to achieve shared game development goals.


• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, exceed client expectations in game delivery, and develop strategic insights through project analysis to optimize game development efficiency and outcomes, specifically focusing on achieving key performance indicators.


• Maintain a positive attitude, focus on solutions, and ensure structured organization and SCRUM processes to effectively manage game development resources, budgets, and project objectives.
