The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the restaurant business and operations, aiming for the highest service level and ensuring the highest quality of food & drinks preparation and presentation while maintaining efficiency and profitability.

General Manager responsibilities;

• Structure, train, develop, manage and lead the team (fostering a collaborative and positive work environment)

• Monitor and maintain brand awareness and guest satisfaction overall

• Ensure efficient restaurant operations, including inventory management, food costing, and maintaining par levels of supplies

• Strong financial accuman with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor, management and bottom line profitability

• Preparing and execute budgeting and short & long-term goals

How to succeed as General Manager;

• Proven experience as a General Manager of a high-end or fine dining Italian restaurant group

• A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success

• In-dept knowledge to manage, structure and develop a restaurant company >10 million revenu

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high demanding environment, multitask and meet expectations without compromising quality
