** This role is based in the Netherlands because of customer proximity requirements and we can only consider candidates which will not require a relocation **


 


PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES


 


As Global Account Executive you take ownership and responsibility for all engagements with flagship customers in The Netherlands Consumer Industry segment. Together with our well experienced Customer Success Managers, Enterpise Cloud Services, Customers Success & Delivery, Line of Business Sales Experts and Industry Presales you are responsible and accountable for customer’ Adoption and Consumption, for further execution of the SAP’s Business AI and Business Suite First strategy within existing accounts. In this position, you are controlling the continuous account planning process, the virtual account teams and all activities from SAP towards your customer.
 
You (further) develop and maintain CxO relationships with our customers, across and beyond IT, translating business needs and challenges in high value-driven initiatives, accelerating adoption and consumption of Business AI, Industry AI applications, SAP Business Suite, Business Data Cloud, Services and Support portfolio.


 


With your experience in Sales, Vision to Execution, focus on Customer Success, rigor for efficient outcomes and ability to take charge of high-performance (virtual) account teams with warmth, you will bring out your best at SAP!


 


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS


 



  • Building and executing multiyear account strategies

  • Delivering permanent customers success according to strategy and plan

    • Focussing on Adoption & Consumption, Business AI, Industry AI Business Data Cloud and Business Suite



  • Orchestration of internal (virtual) account teams

  • Build and maintain new CxO business contacts

  • Securing increasing NPS-scores and customer advocacy

  • Experience with and knowledge of SAP 2026+ strategy


 
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES


We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales person, who has experience with and network in the Consumer Industry segment and is renowned for experience with the SAP portfolio in broadest sense. 

REQUIRED SKILLS


 



  • Fluent Dutch and English

  • Existing personal network within Consumer Industry segment customers

  • Process knowledge in the Consumer Industry sector

  • Experience with Cloud Adoption & Consumption

  • Proven succesful expert in Vision to Execution through Cloud portfolio with Global companies

  • Respected by Consumer Industries’ CxO’s

  • Teamplayer and through-and-through kind and dedicated person



WORK EXPERIENCE


 



  • Min. 8 years + Key Account Management

  • Experience in Cloud- and Software business
