Ensure compliance with PWD regulations and handle manual submissions. Serve as the main contact for mobile employees, advising on mobility processes, policies, and tax matters. Coordinate with HR and internal teams to support compliant and efficient employee deployments. Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and collaborate with external providers. Maintain documentation, prepare reports, and identify risks with mitigation plans. Handle complex queries, support process improvements, and contribute to strategic planning. Deliver high-quality service to employees and ensure client satisfaction. Act as a subject matter expert in travel compliance and workforce mobility. Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's or Master's program in Tax Law or Tax Economics. Proficient in English and Dutch. Flexible, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with colleagues, clients, and authorities. Possesses strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives as a team player in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Self-driven with the ability to take initiative and see tasks through to completion. Available to work part-time, 3 days per week in the Amsterdam office.
