Hours: 36 hours/week | Shift-based: morning, evening, night & weekends
Salary: €2,400–€2,700 gross/month (based on 36 hours/week)

About the Role

Get-e is scaling quickly, and we’re looking for driven, adaptable team players to grow with us. As a Global Operations Specialist, you’ll work at the core of our 24/7 international service team, supporting B2B customers and transport partners across the world. You’ll help keep operations running smoothly, deliver exceptional service, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

What You'll Do

• Support customers and transport suppliers across the globe.

• Perform quality checks and assess booking details.

• Communicate in a professional and empathetic manner via various channels.

• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements.

• Collaborate with international teammates in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring

• Fluent English speaker; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable with rotating shifts (including nights and weekends).

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent Dutch HBO-level thinking/working).

• Team spirit and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

• Gross monthly salary of €2,400–€2,700 based on 36 hours/week.

• 7-month contract with base salary increase upon extension.

• NS Business Card or travel allowance.
