IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As Global Process Owner Logistics at Envalior, you will be responsible for managing and improving global logistics operations, ensuring that all logistics-related activities are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in line with Envalior’s strategic goals.

By driving process standardization, leveraging data insights, and promoting continuous improvement, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational performance, fostering innovation, and elevating customer satisfaction.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

• Process Ownership and Design: Responsible for designing, documenting, and maintaining the Logistics processes at Envalior Globally.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaboration with various stakeholders, including department heads, functional leads, and process participants. Ensuring that the process aligns with the needs and objectives of these different areas.
• Standardization and Consistency: Establish standardized procedures and practices for the Logistic processes across the entire organization.
• Continuous Improvement/Process Intelligence: Drive continuous improvement and Process Intelligence initiatives for the Logistics Processes. Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas of improvement, and implement changes to enhance the overall effectiveness of the process\
• Technology Integration & Innovation: Works closely with IT teams to leverage technology solutions that can automate and streamline processes. This might involve implementing or optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, workflow automation tools, process intelligence tools and data analytics platforms. Also, the GPO will play a vital role in identifying and analyzing new technology\
• Global Alignment: Ensure that the Logistics processes are consistent across different regions and locations. This involves understanding local requirements while maintaining global alignment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Academic background HBO or university
• 5-10 years of professional work experience and leadership experience is nice to have
• English fluent
• Willingness to travel
