The team
The Global Retail HR Team provides strategic HR guidance, insights and frameworks to support the ten (10) Retail countries within ING. We enable consistent people processes, centralised reporting and analytics, and support countries in delivering their people strategies while navigating transformation and change.
Role and responsibilities
A core focus of this role is the Recruitment Revamp programme, where you will help design and implement a more consistent, skills-based and objective recruitment approach across Retail. Alongside this, you will support the creation, optimisation and delivery of HR reporting, dashboards and insights, and contribute to the day-to-day operations of a global HR function. Key responsibilities
Contribute to the Recruitment Revamp project, supporting the design and rollout of globally consistent, capability-based recruitment practices across Retail. based recruitment practices across Retail.
Partner with global and local stakeholders to translate recruitment and talent ambition into practical, scalable solutions.
Support the preparation, optimisation and delivery of HR reporting, including dashboards, recurring reviews and ad hoc insights for Global Retail stakeholders. hoc insights for Global Retail stakeholders.
Analyse data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency and meaningful interpretation.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and digitalise HR insights.
Maintain and continuously improve HR dashboards, templates and reporting materials.

Experience in Talent, Learning, Recruitment, HR analytics or HR operations, preferably in a global or multi-country environment. country environment.
Strong analytical skills, with experience working with HR data, dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI or similar).
