Job Description - Global Tender Specialist

About the Role

Are you a strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for securing the best deals? Do you thrive on navigating the complexities of tenders and supplier relationships within international markets? Join Get-e as a Tender Specialist and become a vital part of optimizing our global transportation services. In this role, you'll drive our tender processes to ensure we engage with the right suppliers and secure the most favourable terms for our growing client base.Responsibilities
As a Tender Specialist at Get-e, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact through the following responsibilities:

Tender Management: Lead the end-to-end tender process, from initial bid assessment to contract finalization, ensuring compliance with standards and achieving the best terms.
Contract Negotiation: Drive negotiation processes to secure advantageous contract terms with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high quality.
Supplier Performance & Quality: Collaborate with teams to monitor supplier performance, gathering insights and client feedback for continuous improvement.
Cross-functional Strategy: Work with sales, operations, and finance teams to align procurement strategies with broader company goals.
Supplier Relationship Management: Identify and build relationships with key suppliers to meet and exceed global demand requirements.

Your Profile
We get excited if:

You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and enjoy strategizing to streamline tender processes.
Experience working with suppliers in international markets is a plus.
You have strong commercial skills, particularly in supplier negotiations, with a knack for relationship building.
You’re fluent in English, and additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, or German would be a great asset.
You bring new ideas to optimize processes and can work autonomously to make this role your own.
Experience with procurement or CRM systems like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce is an advantage.
You have 2-3 years of relevant experience in tendering, procurement, or a similar role, and are available full-time (40 hours/week) with the option to work remotely two days a week.
