Developing and delivering high-impact learning and enablement programs that build understanding of a complex, multi-modality Precision Diagnosis portfolio across commercial teams, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional business partners. As Global Training & Education Manager – Diagnostic Imaging Solutions, you translate complex product, service, and clinical concepts into clear, business-oriented learning experiences that drive sales effectiveness, portfolio adoption, and consistent messaging.

You design and deliver structured, high-level training programs for internal stakeholders, focusing on practical commercial application rather than deep clinical training, while ensuring consistent understanding across modalities and business units.

Your role:

• Develop and deliver structured learning and enablement programs that strengthen understanding of the Diagnostic Imaging portfolio across commercial, executive, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Translate complex product, service, and clinical information into clear, business-focused learning content that supports sales effectiveness, portfolio adoption, and consistent messaging.

• Design, adapt, and maintain training materials such as pitch decks, playbooks, e-trainings, and high-level product and system overviews, leveraging existing content wherever possible.

• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning experiences for internal stakeholders, focusing on commercial application rather than deep clinical detail.

• Collaborate with modality teams, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to align learning priorities and ensure consistency across different business units and regions.

• Manage and update training content within Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring materials reflect latest portfolio updates and business priorities.

• Apply blended learning approaches, including e-learning, workshops, simulations, and digital learning assets to enhance engagement and knowledge retention.

• Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and KPI tracking, using insights to continuously improve training programs.

• Provide input into training strategy and learning standards across the organization, contributing to scalable and consistent capability building.

•  Support the coordination and logistics of training delivery, including planning, scheduling, and preparation of materials and virtual environments.

You're the right fit if:

• You have 4+ years of experience in clinical training, learning & development, commercial enablement, or a related field (preferably in medtech, healthcare, or technology environments).

• You are strong in translating complex technical or clinical information into clear, simple, and commercially relevant learning content.

• You have excellent stakeholder management skills and are confident working across global, cross-functional teams.

• You are structured, self-sufficient, and experienced in developing and delivering blended learning programs using tools such as LMS platforms and digital learning formats.
