As a trainee in Commercial & Procurement within Envalior, you will have meaningful responsibilities that will challenge you and help you grow. You will contribute to the success of the team by working on high-impact projects. Collaborating with colleagues, you will solve complex problems, drive innovation, and learn from industry experts. You will make key contributions to Envalior:

Commercial: 

• Track and report the performance of our customer sampling (define KPI’s, analytical deep dives)
• Customer segmentation – work together with the SCM team to drive implementation
• Contribute and assist in driving pipeline reviews in Commercial in the region. Structurally organize the process in the region and support the key stakeholders in data analysis and gaining insights
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

 Procurement

 The Procurement Contract Management trainee will reinvent the Supplier Performance Evaluation.

• Taking the existing supplier reports and processes in order to create a new, sustainable and scalable approach towards supplier performances.
• You will handle supplier complaints, qualitative and quantitative issues alongside tracking, monitoring and alerting on critical issues.
• You will be working directly with suppliers externally while engaging internally with Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, Quality and other Procurement teams.

The Ideal Candidates

To thrive in this program, you should have:

• A recent bachelor's degree in in materials science, or chemical engineering related field
• No prior work experience required.
• A strong passion for Commercial & Procurement and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive mindset and adaptability.
• Fluency in English.
