Graphic Designer

Marktlink Capital is a Private Equity & Venture Capital (PE & VC) Fund Manager based in the Netherlands, with headquarters in CitySide Amsterdam. We offer entrepreneurs and private investors access to the best PE & VC funds. Marktlink Capital currently has a team of over 40 professionals and manages over EUR 1.9 billion in capital commitments. This capital comes from over 1,500 investors who have collectively invested in over 100 PE & VC funds.
 
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our expanding team for 24 hours/3 days per week. In this role, you will support the marketing and reporting teams by bringing our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling across multiple platforms. To apply, please submit your CV along with your portfolio.In this role, you will report to the marketing and reporting teams and take on the following tasks: 

• Design and create presentations, reports, and marketing materials such as ads, whitepapers, infographics etc;
• Produce visually engaging social media graphics and digital assets that align with brand guidelines, including website design;
• Collaborate with marketing and reporting teams to ensure designs meet the project’s objectives and messaging;
• Manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines in an organized manner;
• Ensure all designs are optimized for both print and digital formats;
• Edit and update existing design assets as needed. Including analysing effectiveness of designs and optimising where necessary;
• Support the investor journey  by developing initial reporting templates, newsletter designs and other e-mail templates;
• Consistently produce weekly social media posts to maintain brand presence.

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable team player who takes ownership of their work. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines. Additionally, we would like you to have: 

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a digital marketing or design agency environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Experience with branding and marketing design, preferably in the financial industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work (slides, reports, social media visuals, etc.).
• A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Track record in UX/UI.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Knowledge of design trends and best practices.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch is a big plus.
