Are you a handy ground worker who enjoys outdoor work? At Filip Bricklayer, you dig and prepare sites for masonry and construction projects. We are looking for a physically strong and reliable team player!

What will you do as a ground worker at Filip Bricklayer?

• Perform earthworks: digging, leveling, removing soil
• Lay trenches for foundations, pipes, and cables
• Assist in site preparation (setting out, marking)
• Work with hand tools and small machinery
• Help with masonry and other construction tasks
• Keep the site orderly, clean, and safe

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum 6 months experience as a ground worker (preferably 1 year+)
• Good command of the Dutch language (speaking and understanding)
• Knowledge of English or German is an advantage
• Physically fit, reliable, and flexible
• Own transport is a big plus (projects in the region)
