Head of Operations

We’re looking for someone that streamlines our operations and management processes. Someone that brings positivity and energy to the office. You connect engineers, asset managers, product managers, compliance professionals, marketing managers and all other disciplines we have at Blockrise. You own everything between strategy and execution. You translate what the company wants to achieve into plans that work. Quality, customer satisfaction and reliability of services is what makes you tick. Although you are target-oriented and result-driven, you are also able to push back. You will lead operations, make decisions under time pressure and report directly to the Board. You know what it means to work in a regulated environment where compliance and speed both matter. Preferably within the financial sector or the crypto space.

• Competitive monthly salary EUR 6.500 – 8.500 based on full-time employment depending on your experience.
