YOUR MISSION
Drive the growth of our Sealing Technology business in the Netherlands by securing key projects, expanding market share, and building long-term partnerships with leading industrial customers.
- Lead the commercial development of the business, driving sustainable growth, increasing order intake, and delivering ambitious sales targets.
- Win new customers and strategic projects within key industrial segments while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
- Build strong partnerships with senior decision-makers through customer visits, technical workshops, and value-driven solution presentations.
- Develop tailored customer solutions by combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of customer requirements and applications.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, creating a high-performance culture focused on customer success and business growth.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and operations teams to maximise customer value and successfully execute growth initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
You are a commercially driven leader with a strong technical understanding of sealing technology and a proven ability to deliver profitable growth in competitive markets.
- Master's degree in Business with a technical focus and/or Master's degree in Engineering.
- You have minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience within industrial markets.
- Proven track record of building and growing profitable businesses in a dynamic environment.
- You bring strong experience within the sealing industry and solid knowledge of the Dutch market.
- Demonstrated success in winning complex projects and developing long-term strategic customer relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch, with willingness to travel regularly across the Netherlands.
