Mission

As the Head of Tech at fonQ, you are pivotal in shaping, refining, and executing our technology policy. Your focus will be on continuously enhancing the efficiency and security of our technological operations, ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Tech Policy Development: Formulate and update the Tech policy in collaboration with the organization to drive continuous improvements in efficiency and security.

• Project Planning: Develop a detailed project calendar based on the Tech policy in consultation with the organization to achieve our strategic goals.

• Team Leadership: Coach and manage the Tech department, overseeing the progress and quality of Tech projects.

• Budget Management: Responsible for drafting and monitoring the Tech budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial oversight

• Initiative: Proactively initiate new actions and projects aimed at enhancing efficiency andsecurity within fonQ.

• Stress Resistance: Maintain composure and effectiveness even in high-pressure situations.

• Organizational Sensitivity: Understand and respond to the dynamics within the organization, offering advice and improvement proposals to Management and the Leadership Team.

• Power of Persuasion: Inspire and convince others of your vision and ideas regarding Tech policy and projects at fonQ.

• Coaching Skills: Listen attentively to employees, supporting their development by providing tools and feedback, and helping them recognize their talents and areas for growth.
