We are social and charming by nature, creating everlasting memories for our guests.Join our team at Pulitzer Amsterdam as a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in supervising and coordinating the cleaning of guest rooms and service areas. This position is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations within the Housekeeping Department, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and providing exceptional guest experiences.You responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the cleaning of guest rooms and service areas, working closely with the RD LeadsHousekeeping.Facilitate daily communication within the Housekeeping Department, acting as a connection between RD Leads and HSK FOH employees.Run daily spot checks in guest rooms to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.Check service areas at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure tidiness and availability of supplies.Provide assistance and advice to Operations Medewerkers, addressing questions, requests, or complaints.Assist with HR-related tasks within the HSK Department, including feedback conversations, grooming rules maintenance, and training/coaching of Operations Medewerkers.Train and coach all Operations Medewerkers in room cleaning procedures and coordinate training for employees from other departments as needed.Requirements:Flexibility to work different shifts, including evening shifts, on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.Willingness to assist in other departments as required by business needs.Minimum 6 months of experience as a Floor Supervisor in a similar setting.Physical strength and endurance to stand for extended periods and lift/carry equipment.Proficient training skills to effectively train and coach Operations Medewerkers in room cleaning procedures.Strong communication skills in English, with experience working in a multicultural team environment.A bruto monthly salary of € 2.298 for a 38-hour contract.What’s in it for you?Experience Stay at Pulitzer Amsterdam as part of our introduction program
