Housekeeping Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.

Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service standards.

Assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance to ensure quality and consistency.

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.

Address any cleaning issues or maintenance needs promptly and effectively.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate with the procurement department for replenishment as needed.

Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff rotations and breaks to ensure adequate coverage.

Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field, with at least [insert number] years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
