Job Description - HR Administrator

Rocycle is a dynamic and fast-growing international fitness brand, and we are looking for a proactive and organized HR Administrator to support our People Team. In this key role, you will be the go-to person for managing our HR platform, Personio. From recruitment to offboarding, you’ll ensure our HR processes run smoothly and stay up to date. Furthermore, together with the Head of Finance & HR you're responsible for setting out the HR strategy for an international company. You’ll also be involved in payroll for one of our countries and support managers in following the correct HR procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our HR system (Personio), ensuring employee data is accurate and up to date
  • Support managers in using Personio for recruitment, onboarding, data changes, and offboarding
  • Monitor and optimize HR workflows within Personio
  • Take ownership of the payroll process for one of our countries
  • Assist in improving and standardizing HR processes across locations
  • Provide general HR administrative support and assist in ad hoc HR projects
  • Experience or strong interest in HR administration and HR systems
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data
  • Hands-on and service-minded with a problem-solving attitude
  • Knowledge of Personio is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with payroll processes is an advantage
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic knowledge of Dutch and German (fluent is a plus)
  • A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
