ACCIONA is looking to hire a HR Administrator our Industry area, within the ACCIONA Netherlands division.

Mission:

As an HR Administrator, you will provide efficient HR administration support to employees and business teams in the Netherlands. You will ensure the smooth execution of the full employee lifecycle processes through accurate HR data management, compliant operations, and excellent employee service.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution in compliance with Dutch labor legislation, applicable CAO, and company policies.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, meeting arrangements, and administrative support, to facilitate an efficient hiring process.
  • Maintain and update employee records in Workday and SharePoint, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of HR data.
  • Collect, consolidate, and administer employee benefits and insurance information, while maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees, responding to inquiries related to employment contracts, benefits, leave policies, and HR procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of annual leave, sick leave, and other absences in Workday and SharePoint, and support sickness absence management in collaboration with the occupational health provider (Arbo service) and HSE team.
  • Coordinate employee training activities, including training plans, training records, and related payment administration.
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation, and prepare HR reports and data analyses, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations to enhance process efficiency and employee experience.
  • Perform other HR operational and administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
  • Contract: Part-time position (32 hours per week).
  • Duration: Initial 7-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract based on performance and business needs.
  • Work Authorization: This position does not provide visa sponsorship or work permit support. Applicants must already hold a valid Dutch work permit and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.

Requisitos del candidato

Academic Background / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

Additional Training:

  • Strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws, including employment contracts, leave management, and sick leave regulations.
  • Familiarity with CAO (Collective Labour Agreement) and its practical application.

Computer Skills:

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft office tool is required
  • Experience with HR systems; Workday experience is an advantage.
  • The knowledge of SharePoint is plus.

Competency Profile:

  • Experience in employee relations and HR service delivery.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • High level of responsibility, service orientation, and confidentiality awareness.

Languages / Level:

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken). Dutch or Spanish are a plus.

Required Professional Experience:

  • 3+ years of HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Assistant experience in the Netherlands.
