HR Advisor

The Role

As an HR Advisor, youll have the opportunity to not only apply your expertise but also further develop it toward an HR Business Partner role. Youll act as a trusted advisor to management, leadership, and HR colleagues, easily switching between tactical and strategic levels while delivering well-founded, persuasive advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex HR cases and provide guidance

• Act as a sparring partner for management, leadership, and HR peers

• Advise leadership on a wide range of HR-related topics

• Take the lead in HR projects, including organizational development

• Help prepare for and support the selection and implementation of a future-proof international HRIS and time-tracking system

• Contribute to the further development of HR processes and policies

• Collaborate closely with a team of HR professionals, payroll specialists, and recruiters

What You Bring

• Extensive experience as an HR Advisor in larger, preferably international organizations

• Academic-level working and thinking skills (Masters level), or a Bachelors degree with substantial relevant experience and strong analytical abilities

• Strategic and tactical strength, with a project-based mindset

• Experience with or interest in HRIS implementations (a plus)

• Ability to navigate and understand complex organizational structures quickly

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a hands-on attitude

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and persuasive communicator

• Excellent command of Dutch and English (a third language is a plus)

• Flexibility and willingness to occasionally travel to international sites
