At Neways, you do more than support the development of people. You contribute to technology that makes everyday life safer, easier, better, and healthier. As an HR Advisor, you play a key role in the success of our organization. You support managers and employees through growth, development, and change, ensuring that talent can thrive and reach its full potential. Through your advice, decisiveness, and people-focused approach, you make a direct impact on our employees as well as on the innovative high-tech solutions that Neways enables worldwide.
Are you the HR Advisor who helps managers and employees excel in an environment where talent development and technological innovation go hand in hand? If so, this is your opportunity to take HR to the next level and help build the future with us.
As an HR Advisor, you are the trusted sparring partner for managers and employees within your own portfolio of departments. You translate HR challenges into practical solutions and maintain a visible presence on the shop floor. This enables you to understand what is happening within the organization, identify challenges early, and build strong relationships across teams.
What makes this role especially exciting is the dynamic environment of a technical manufacturing organization, where technology, production, and people come together every day. On any given day, you might be consulting with a production team leader, discussing team development with a manager, supporting a complex employee case, or working with colleagues on the further professionalization of HR.
At Neways, you will join an innovative high-tech environment where technology, entrepreneurship, and collaboration come together. We are large enough to make an impact on an international scale, yet approachable and practical in the way we work. Communication lines are short, colleagues are easy to reach, and there is plenty of room to act quickly and get things done.
You will become part of an engaged HR team where knowledge sharing, supporting one another, and continuous development are at the core of how we work. We combine professionalism with an informal working atmosphere and value people who take initiative, ownership, and enjoy working together. In addition, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with HR specialists and contribute to company-wide HR projects that support the ongoing development of our organization.
We also offer an attractive employment package, including:
A competitive salary aligned with your knowledge and experience.
27 vacation days plus 13 ADV (reduction of working hours) days.
Opportunities for professional growth through training and development programs via the Neways Academy.
Flexible start and end times.
A hybrid working arrangement.
An attractive bicycle leasing scheme.
A solid pension plan, holiday allowance, and travel expense reimbursement.
A strong focus on vitality, connection, and enjoyment through initiatives such as Dance Workouts, a summer BBQ, Christmas gatherings, and other social activities.
An active employee association that organizes enjoyable outings and events throughout the year.
You are an HR professional who enjoys building relationships with managers and employees. You are curious about what is happening within the organization, not afraid to ask critical questions, and focused on finding practical solutions.
In addition, you bring:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience as an HR Advisor.
A proactive and hands-on mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative, combined with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to engage effectively at different levels of the organization.
Experience with HR systems (experience with AFAS is a plus).
Availability for 36–40 hours per week.
Above all, we are looking for a colleague who enjoys collaboration, takes ownership, and is passionate about contributing to the continued development of both people and the organization.
Do you want to contribute to the development of the people behind the technology that makes everyday life safer, easier, better, and healthier? And are you excited by an organization where innovation, collaboration, and personal growth go hand in hand, where communication lines are short, and where colleagues support each other in bringing out the best in themselves, their teams, and the organization?
Apply today and discover how you can make a difference at Neways.
