Job Summary
We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HR BP) to join our Eindhoven team and make a real impact on how we grow, engage, and empower our people. You’ll be the go-to HR partner for business leaders, helping shape strategies around talent, performance, and culture. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and love turning HR insight into action, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted HR partner to assigned business units, providing guidance on people strategies, policies, and processes.
Support managers on performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational changes.
Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs and drive strategic talent initiatives.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on recruitment, learning, compensation, and other HR programs.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and high performance.
Several years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience, ideally in a fast-growing or technology-focused organization.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Experience supporting managers and teams across multiple functions.
Proficiency with HR systems and tools.
Skills & Abilities Required
